Our apparel is custom printed to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If something isn't right, contact us within 7 days at support@picklebuddy.app with a description and photos. We'll make it right.
Exceptions We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Vendor Products We partner with third-party vendors to bring you a wider selection of pickleball gear. Return and refund policies for these products are determined by each vendor. If you receive a vendor product that's damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll help coordinate with the vendor.
